The Free State Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS) hosted the Baswa-Le-Meetse Provincial Competition on 29 August 2023 at the BON Hotel in Bloemfontein. There were five categories in which learners participated: Drama, Music, Poetry, Praise Poetry, and Posters.
